Our Gig
Nowhere for some
and everywhere for others

Welcome to Barn Door Studios!

Nowhere for some and everywhere for others.

While my sister Phoebe and I were feeding our dogs peanut butter one day, Phoebe thought of a great idea. She said we should start a family business to help animals.  Our Mom and Dad said we couldn’t take in more pets until we found out a way to pay for the cost of taking care of them. And no, we don’t feed our cats peanut butter!

Our family has a large estate and we’re fortunate to have a big barn that our older brother and sister used for hobbies. Well, they left home for college, and now the big barn is ours!

We are a pet-friendly studio and our rate policy is simple. We ask that you donate 50% of studio rental to our local ASPCA and 50% to Barn Door’s quest to create an animal sanctuary on our estate in exchange for rehearsal time.

We have great gear, rent gear, and two spacious rooms for music rehearsals or choreography.  Plus, the Big Barn’s main room for just about everything else.

Donations start at $20 per hour.
Please check out our website.

Feel free to drop us a line and book some studio time.

Thank you!

A studio with real Studio Cats.  Unbelievable and fun.  Low key atmosphere where you can get routines worked out.  I like Barn Door.  There's nothing else like it.

Holden and Phoebe are mature professionals.  Something you wouldn't expect for their age.  Plus our band expenses go to a good cause.   We'll being doing our pre-production here from now on.

Incredible!  I finally have a pet-friendly workspace!  Rufus and Waldo play in the dog park while I work.  They even have shady spots to chill or to keep warm no matter the season.
